Dr. Melanie Wright joined Otolaryngology Associates in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at James Madison University in 2001, and her Audiology Doctorate degree at Gallaudet University in 2005. She completed her clinical externship at the National Children’s Medical Center in Washington, DC. She has worked as a Clinical Audiologist at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA for over 15 years prior to relocating to the Northern Virginia area. Dr. Wright has experience with diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology for patients of all ages.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young girls.
Dr. Wright is licensed in Audiology by the Commonwealth of Virginia and in Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing by the state of California. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (CCC-A).
