Todd Spock
Dr. Spock is a board-certified otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained rhinologist specializing in treating sinus disease, sinonasal tumors, and other skull base pathologies. He earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed medical school at George Washington University. Dr. Spock then pursued an otolaryngology residency at Yale University, followed by a rhinology fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he focused on advanced endoscopic sinus surgery and endoscopic approaches to the skull base.
 
After completing his fellowship, he joined the faculty as an assistant professor at Mt. Sinai. His research interests lie in the clinical integration of medical therapies with surgical procedures to improve patient outcomes. He has authored several research studies and book chapters and has co-authored treatment guidelines.
 
Dr. Spock strives to provide compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care to patients with sinonasal disease and feels fortunate to serve the Northern Virginia community. He enjoys swimming, cooking, and traveling with his family in his spare time.
